2. Photography-We will showcase the best features of your home by using a professional photographer. These are some of the best tools available to gain exposure and allow the maximum number of potential buyers to preview your home before personal viewing.
3. Internet- We have two websites where every listing is posted: www.annettebratcher.com and www.realtysourcellc.com. All listings are also posted on Zillow because of my Premier Agent status. Additionally, each listing is posted on every major internet source– realtracs.com, homes.com, trulia.com, etc.
4. Flyers-High quality, professional, color flyers are produced including details of your home. These flyers are placed in a weather-proof box outside your home.
5. Realty Source will produce marketing brochures to be emailed to each realtor in the Middle Tennessee area.
6. Open House-I will personally hold an Open House on one Sunday of each month while your home is on the market. If I am unable to attend, I work with several team members that will hold the Open House in my absence.
